Scientific program will be held on November 15 - 16 - 17 - 18. 
 

Language

The official language is Turkish. Simultaneous translations will be made for English parts of the Congress.
 

Accreditation

All sessions of the congress and courses shall be submitted to the Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Council.
 

Permissions

Official congress invitations will be sent to the participants through their own request for permissions for their institutions and visa applications. The purpose of this invitation letters can just be used for permissions or visa application.
 

Registration and Information Desk

Registration and Information Desk will be available from November 15, 2012 at the congress venue. Registration and Information Desk will service between 07:00-23:00 hours during the meeting.
 

Transportation

Round trip airport transportation service will be available on November 15 - 18, 2012 for the participants who inform SERENAS regarding their flight schedule. Round trip airport transportation fee is 50 € + VAT/GST. All transportation rates are valid for mass transportation between airport and hotel for arrivals on November 15 and departures on November 18. Otherwise, if you need different transportation requests on other days, the transportation fee for one-way is 75 € + VAT/GST. Please contact SERENAS for your special requests. 
 

Name Badges

The name badges will be given to all participants. We kindly ask all participants to wear their name badges during the meeting. 
 

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance will be given to all participants on November 18, 2012 after 13:00 at the Registration and Information Desk.
 

Cancellations

All cancellations till October 14 will be refunded in full. All cancellations till November 8, 2012 will be refunded 50% of the fee. Any cancellation will not be accepted after November 8, 2012. Cancellations for accommodation will only be accepted October 14, 2012 and refunded 50% of the fee. Any cancellation for accommodation will not be accepted after October 14, 2012. All refunds will be made after the meeting.
