For the poster presentations that will be nominated for the best poster awards on the Psychopharmacology Therapeutics Update, the presented material should not have been previously published anywhere else and the copyright release form must be signed for its publication in the Bulletin of Clinical Psychopharmacology. The paper should be presented in a format that meets the criteria stated in the information for authors section of the Bulletin of Clinical Psychopharmacology. The authors should submit the paper in full text. The body of the text should not exceed 2000 words, excluding the abstract and references sections.

In order to proceed with the application of Best Poster Awards of the Psychopharmacology Therapeutics Update of TAP; 

  1. Sign in from the Online Abstract Submission selection from our website and please check YES under "Would you like to Apply for the Poster Presentation Award" in our web site's abstract module. Forms should be filled and submitted to the Scientific Committee by following the online steps. Following rules below also apply for the files you will attach by using the Upload Figure/Table buttons.
  2. Abstract in Turkish and English should be structured in the following sections: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  3. Similarly, body of the text should be segmented as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion sections with the tables depicted where they are necessary.
  4. References section should also comply with the rules of the Bulletin of Clinical Psychopharmacology and priority should be given to the articles published in Turkey first (i.e. the Bulletin of Clinical Psychopharmacology, Anatolian Journal of Psychiatry, New Symposium, Turkish Journal of Psychiatry, Archives of Neuropsychiatry).   5. Candidates will be evaluated on the properties of originality, contribution to the international knowledge, innovative changes on psychiatric diagnosis and treatments, quality of design and writing skills.

Poster presentations not meeting the above referred criteria will not be considered as a nominee for the best poster awards of the Psychopharmacology Therapeutics Update.
